Sodium Hypochlorite (14/15%)
Our premium strength sodium hypochlorite packs a powerful punch. When used for soft washing roofs, render, patios and driveways etc or for maintaining swimming pools. It is a general purpose product that can also used e.g. in keeping drains and sinks free of bad odour. Diluted down, our sodium hypochlorite can be used between 1.-4.5.% strength, for great cleaning results.
Our hypo comes in 25 litre units 15% strength.
Traffic Film Remover
Unlike many other diluted TFR’s, we supply this concentrated, non caustic based product. Great for removing heavy road film, grease and general soilage from hard surfaces like conservatory roofs, upvc, fasias, soffits, guttering and downpipes, cladding, plant machinery and many more.
Our T.F.R.400 non caustic Super super strength comes in 5 litre units.
Lauryldimethylamine Oxide
Ammonyx LO, as this product is often called, is a non-ionic surfactant, used e.g. for its detergent and stabilisation properties.
Surfactants are blended with cleaning products like sodium hypochlorite, to improve their cleaning capabilities by aiding the chemical to ‘Stick’ to the surface better.
Our Amine comes in 1 litre and 5 litre units.
Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium chloride (DDAC)
For your softwashing biocide, choose DDAC. Perfect for pre-treating rendering, patios and roofs etc. DDAC is a water soluble soft wash biocide that is an effective algaecide. 50% Strength which can then be diluted down to the recommended strength of 2.5%. 1 litre will give you 200 litres of softwash recipe. DDAC is not compatible with anionics.
Our DDAC comes in 1 litre and 5 litre units.
Building Maintenance UPVC Cleaners
